Short and plain. By booking a Space Back cleanout, you agree to the following.

Flat pricing

Prices are flat per garage size: Single $649, Double $949, Triple/oversized $1,299, all plus HST. Your price is confirmed from the photos or details you send, before you book. Nothing is charged until the job is done.

What isn't included

Not included: brick, concrete, soil, shingles and hazardous materials (paint, fuel, oil, chemicals, propane, batteries). We'll flag anything from your photos before you book, never on the day.

Who owns removed items

Once we load an item, it becomes Space Back's property. We donate, recycle or dispose of it as we see fit. The one exception: personal items we find (photos, documents, keepsakes, cash, jewellery) always come back to you.

Park-ready guarantee

When we leave, your garage should be empty of the items you asked us to remove, swept and blown out, and ready to park in. If it isn't, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and fix it free. The guarantee covers our work. It doesn't cover items you asked us to leave, or existing damage, stains or wear on the floor or walls.

Booking and changes

Need to reschedule? Give us 24 hours' notice and there's no charge. Please make sure we can get into the garage at your booked time. You don't need to be home if we can.

Insurance and damage

Space Back is fully insured. If we damage something, tell us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
