Plain version: we collect what we need to price and book your cleanout. We don't sell it. Ever.

What we collect from the quote form

• Your name, mobile number, email and postal code
• Garage size, how full it is, preferred date and time slot, and any notes
• Photos or video of your garage, if you send them
• Add-ons you pick and the price shown to you
• How you found us (ad or link source, referring website)

How we use your photos

Photos are used to confirm your flat price and plan the job. They're stored privately and only our team can see them. We never post your photos, or anything that shows your home or address, without asking you first.

How we use your details

To contact you about your quote and booking, send reminders, and follow up after the job. We use ad and analytics tools (like Google Analytics and Meta) to see which ads bring in bookings. We don't sell or rent your information.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and job records for as long as needed for bookings, warranty (park-ready guarantee) claims and tax records. Photos from quotes that don't turn into jobs are deleted within 12 months.
